Pricing and Details
We rent out Waterfall Rental for weekend getaways, or longer with an occupancy of four to eight persons.
Peak season is May 1 through October 31 and has a three night minimum.
Off Peak season is November 1 through April 30 and has a two night minimum.
Holiday rates Use peak season rates.
The house is open year-round, with rates as follows:

Ulster County sales tax of 8 percent is added to the rate for rentals under one week. Also, there is a $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental. There is a $50 good doggie fee if you bring Fido.
Check in/out times - Check in is after 3pm. Departure by 12 noon, unless prior arrangements are made.
The refundable security deposit is $350.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
