Pricing and Details
We rent out The Shell House with a minimum of a two night stay, except summer weekends and holidays
have a three night minimum. Holiday rates cover MLK weekend, both weekends of Presidents Day / mid-winter school break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
and Columbus Day and have a three night minimum. Higher holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years - please inquire.
The house is open year-round
with rates as follows:

| Off Peak Weekend Rates | $600 for 2 nights | $900 for 3 night minimum |
| Winter Seasonal Rate | $3000 a month with heat and electric allowance. |
| Late Winter / Spring Discounts | $500 per weekend, $1000 per week. |
Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate for rentals under seven nights.
A $80 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
The security deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental. The full
amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full
refund (less a $50 admin charge) if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days
of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded.
Check in/out times - we try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule. Please confirm your arrival time. We will confirm departure based on other bookings and cleaning schedules.
