Pricing and Details
We rent out The Captains House with a minimum of a two night stay, except weekends in July and August have a three night minimum. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use of the washer and dryer. The house is open year-round with rates as follows:

Delaware County sales tax of 8 percent is not included in the rate of rentals seven nights or less.
The security deposit is 40% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental. The full
amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full
refund (less a $50 admin charge) if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days
of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. A $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end
of the rental.
Check in/out times - we try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule. Please confirm your arrival time. Departure is by 4pm unless otherwise confirmed.
Holiday rates cover MLK weekend, both weekends of Presidents Day / mid-winter school break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
and Columbus Day and have a three night minimum. Higher holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years - please inquire.
