Pricing and Details
We rent out Merry Rose with a minimum of a two week stay. Included are fresh linens, hot and cold water, electric, use of the washer and dryer, local phone, cable TV service, and high speed internet.
The house is open year-round with rates as follows:

| Christmas/New Year's | Add $250 to month or week rate above |
| Seasonal | $5,000 for approx. December thru April plus heat and electric |
A well behaved dog is welcome with the rental but will increase the cleaning fee and security deposit. Please inquire - subject to owners approval.
A $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end
of the rental. Higher holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years - please inquire.
The security deposit is 40% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental. The full
amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full
refund (less a $50 admin charge) if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. Cancellations received within 15 days of the start of the rental will forfeit the entire security deposit.
Check in/out times - we try to be flexible with your arrival/departure if you can be flexible with our cleaning schedule. Please confirm your arrival time. Departure is by noon unless otherwise confirmed.
