Pricing and Details
We rent out Villa in the Catskills with a minimum of a seasonal / approx. three month stay. Please do not contact us for weekend or week long rentals. When contacting us please let us know how many are in your group, ages of children, if any, if you intend to bring pets, and the requested start and end dates of your stay. Thank you!
The house is open year-round with seasonal rates as follows:

| Multiple month or annual rental | Use monthly rate as a guide with a slight discount for multiple months. Please inquire. |
| Monthly rate for peak | $6,000 |
| Monthly rate for off peak | $5,000 |
Services included in longer rentals are: Electric, Water, Phone (within our phone calling plan coverage), and Modem internet (within our internet plan coverage). In the summer lawn care is provided. In the winter snowplowing is provided. Renter pays for heat.
Please contact us if you are interested in a longer stay at our property. We will review costs and services covered and damage deposit policy with you in person.
