There are five bedrooms, two queens, two doubles, one single. Four upstairs, one downstairs - all are comfy with a clean spare line. Evening breezes make for great sleeping weather in the country.
The upstairs has incredibly high ceilings for an old farmhouse. The room styles reflect the owners African and Persian backgrounds. There is a writing room upstairs. The full bath with tub upstairs has been recently renovated by the owners.
There are wonderful views on the farm and nearby. Visit local farms for some meadow raised meats and eggs, or organic goats milk, or maple syrup. Pick blueberries at a farm just up the road. Then enjoy dinner al fresco in the back yard.
East Meredith is a wonderful out of the way town, quiet, peaceful and serene. Elk Creek Farm reflects the wonderful history and
cultural renaissance of the region in its own delightful, rambling way. Between Delhi and Oneonta it makes a great place to explore the renaissance going on in the western Catskills.
