Golden Rule was a one room schoolhouse in its previous life. Now, beautifully restored with a separate sleeping cabin with full bath, it can be your wilderness retreat - a little frontier spirited fantasy trip.

The schoolhouse has a large welcoming stone fireplace, dining area, kitchen - it actually feels more like a Soho loft. But then you look out the windows at the stream past the back door and stroll through the shady trees and realize you are in Kansas Dorothy!

The Golden Rule makes for a great event space, photo shoot location, or retreat. The history is palpable, the serenity reassuring.
