The main floor of the house has a wonderful open plan and provides the perfect space for enjoying meals, entertaining, and relaxing by the fire. The overhead beams with custom steel riveting are unique amongst log homes. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace creates a warm center to the house. Wireless DSL lets you check email from the sofa or recipes from the kitchencounter.

The modern kitchen has stainless appliances and all the equipment needed for gourmet cooking and baking. There are wonderful farmers markets and on-farm stores for you to buy great local food, or just zip down the road to Russell’s general store, in the village of Bovina.

Also on the main floor are the guest bedroom (queen and twin bed) and a second guest bedroom with bunks perfect for kids (crib and other baby equipment available upon request). Full bath on this floor.

On the upper level is the spacious master, with a queen bed and private full bath. Separate from the master on the upper level is the open loft area with a single bed.

The lower level, with views and exit to the yard, serves as the family playroom and TV room, with 52” flat-screen HDTV, DirectTV HD Satellite service, and a DVD player. A queen-sized sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. A variety of board games, children’s toys, a piano, and outdoor equipment are available for your use, as well as the washer and drier.
